What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us the moment your site becomes unreachable, and we investigate immediately rather than waiting for you to notice and report it. Most outages get resolved from a recent backup or a quick server-level fix within the hour.
Can you take over maintenance for a site you didn't build?
